NanoStyle offers a practical and secure method of payment through PayPal. PayPal is a safe and easy way to shop online without exposing your payment details to the merchant, either using a PayPal account or a credit card if you prefer. On completing your order you will be directed to the PayPal website in order to complete the secure transaction.

Shipping Methods

NanoStyle will ship your gorgeous new purchase to you using international registered mail free of charge. International registered mail will take approximately 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
 
If you simply cannot wait that long we can arrange delivery via EMS, the guaranteed worldwide courier service, or UPS, for a speedy delivery.  Packages sent via EMS and UPS will be calculated according to destination and weight; the rate will be confirmed with you prior to dispatching your order.  If you choose to have your package delivered via these options a link will be sent to you to track your order.

At NanoStyle we wish our customers to be delighted with their choice, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to our offices for an exchange or refund. Simply contact us at support@nanostyle.com within 30 days of the shipment date to arrange for an exchange or refund. The item/s, free gifts and packaging must be returned within 60 days of the shipment date for a full refund or exchange.

Returned merchandise must be in a new and unused condition to be acceptable for refund or exchange. All items, including free gifts, must be returned with all original packing and materials. If there are any scratches, marks, blemishes, alterations or any other damages on the items, the items will not be accepted for refund and we will return it to you at your expense. Once the refund or exchange is approved, within the guidelines of our policy, we will arrange your reimbursement or replacement at no extra cost to you.

If you are returning merchandise as a result of an error on the part of NanoStyle or the item/s is defective, we will exchange it free of charge, or refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. If the merchandise is not found to be defective, you will not be reimbursed and the item(s) will be returned to you at your expense.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order please contact as at support@nanostyle.com as soon as possible with your order number and contact details. We will do our utmost to accommodate your request, however if the order has already been dispatched simply return the item within 60 days according to our return policy.
